| Note 1:
After you click "Install," if you have your Internet security
settings set on "High" you may receive a dialog box
stating: "Your current security settings prohibit running
ActiveX controls on this page..." This is not unusual
today when we are all concerned with security. Click
"OK" to close that dialog box. To continue with
this download you
will have to temporarily (only for the purposes of this
download) go to your Internet Explorer "Tools/Internet
Options/Security/Custom Level/ActiveX controls and
Plug-ins/Download unsigned ActiveX controls" section and set
it to "Enable" or "Prompt" and
then click "Install" again. (Don't forget to change the above setting
back to its
original state after you are finished to maintain your usual
security status.) Note 2: If you have had
to change your Internet security settings (as per the above)
then you will get a "Security Warning" dialog box asking
if you want to
install and run the InstallShield file "http://www.customusa.com/DISK1/setup.cab"?
Click "Yes".
Note 3: If you do not wish to go through the process
of adjusting your security settings for the convenience of a
Pipster Web Install then
click here to download
the Pipster standard Windows InstallShield file.
Double-click on it and it will install Pipster for you.
Note 4: If you already have a previous version
of Pipster installed on your computer, a "Program
Maintenance" dialog box will appear on your screen with
3 choices:
- Modify -- do not select this, there are no modifications
that need to be made
- Overwrite -- (Recommended) Select this
to install the latest version of Pipster over your old
version
- Remove -- Select this if you
want to remove the version of Pipster that is
presently installed on your computer.
